The Privilege Card is automatically renewed every year, free of charge.

You should normally receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of joining the program. Make sure you are subscribed to the Souris Mini newsletter; otherwise, you will not receive a confirmation or be informed of your privileges by email. Subscribe to the newsletter now if you haven't already.

You can request the cancellation of your Privilege Card at any time. To do so, you must visit a store or contact our customer service at customerservice@sourismini.com

A minimum amount of $10 must be reached at the time of issuance (equivalent to 500 points). If the $10 is not reached, the amount will continue to accumulate until the next issuance. The total purchase amount excludes taxes.

Reward cards are issued on a fixed date. Accumulating 500 points does not trigger the automatic sending of the card. You will continue to accumulate points until the scheduled issuance of your card.

All your in-store and online purchases will be accumulated, except for gift cards.

Yes, once your Souris Mini account is created, you just need to log in when completing each transaction on our online store.

Your points accumulate automatically when you make purchases in store and online, once you are logged into your account. You will see a summary of the accumulated points when you receive your reward card.

Your reward card is valid in store and online for 6 months. Please note that this period takes into account the date on which points were deducted and includes the time required to prepare the reward card.

Yes. By adding the Privilege Card to your cart, you will receive a temporary Privilege Customer status, allowing you to immediately enjoy the benefits. Please note that you must create your customer account before you can complete your order if you haven’t already done so.

Yes. Your Privilege Card will be linked to your online customer account 24 hours after joining in store.

The email you used to join the Privilege Program must be the same as the one associated with your Souris Mini customer account. Otherwise, you will not be able to enjoy your online benefits. If this is the case, please provide the correct email to our customer service at customerservice@sourismini.com.

Our in store staff can access your profile to grant you the privileges if needed. You simply need to provide your email address or the phone number associated with your profile.
