Shipping policy

In order to continue to provide quality service despite the various cost increases we have been facing lately, we have made changes to our shipping policy. The changes are effective as of February 15h, 2023.

CANADA

SHIPPING - $50 OR MORE ORDER: $3.95

For all orders of $50 or more before taxes, a shipping and handling fee of $3.95 applies.

SHIPPING - LESS THAN $50 ORDER: $9.95

For orders under $50, a shipping and handling fee of $9.95 applies. 

FREE PICKUP IN STORE

The pickup in store is free on all orders.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For orders that need to be split into multiple boxes or shipments, we will charge the shipping and handling fees only to the first package.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is usually made within 5 to 10 business days. Please allow up to 12 business days for delivery to remote areas. 

**Be aware that during promotional periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other important event, delivery times can stretch to 15 business days due to the volume of orders to process.

CARRIER

Orders are shipped across Canada through Canada Post. Canada Post will leave the package at your nearest post office if nobody is home at the time of delivery. In this case, a notice card will be placed in your mailbox with the necessary information to collect your package. No signature is required upon delivery to the address on the purchase order, but a valid photo ID is required at the post office to pick up your package. You will receive a confirmation email from Canada Post with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Items purchased online can be exchanged within 30 days or returned, free of charge, within 15 days following the date of receipt of your order, except final sale items and exclusions. Details.

UNITED STATES

SHIPPING

A flat fee of $14.95 will be charged automatically for each order. This shipping charge does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and APO/FPO addresses (military or naval post office). Please contact us for the applicable rate in these situations. 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS

You will not be charged any taxes or customs duties. If you have any questions regarding your invoice, please contact us at customerservice@sourismini.com.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

For an online order requiring multiple shipping packages, shipping and handling will be charged only for the first package shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery is usually made within within 5 to 15 business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a confirmation email from Canada Post with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

CARRIER

Orders are shipped Canada Post/USPS within the USA.

Only return requests for orders of $24.95 or more (excluding shipping) will be accepted if our return policy is met. Details.
